Media credentials are issued from Racing Louisville FC with the purpose of providing access to interviews and written, audio and visual accounts of games. Media members are not permitted to use access for autographs, personal photographs with players or commercial purposes.
ACCESS: Credential and parking requests made at least three days before home games will be considered for working media. Outlets that regularly cover the club will be prioritized.
CREDENTIALS/PARKING: Those issued season credentials can flash their pass to gain entry to the Gray Lot off Cabel Street. No media check in is required for media members already credentialed. Please contact our communications staff in advance to reserve a press box or photo room seat.
PICKUP: Check in for newly credentialed media members is located at the employee/media entrance at the southeast corner of Lynn Family Stadium beginning two hours before kickoff.
POSTGAME: Coach and players will be available at the field level approximately 15 minutes after the final whistle of home games and via Zoom for away games. Game day interviews without club approval are not permitted.
AVAILABILITY: In advance of games, Racing Louisville FC will open a portion of a training session for b-roll and offer interviews. The club may also conduct a game week press conference with coach.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS: All interviews with players, coaches, club staff and owners should be arranged through Racing Louisville FC’s communications staff. Please identify which outlet you’re representing and give as much advanced notice as possible.
PRESS BOX: The press box and concourse-level photo room across from section 101 open two hours before kickoff.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Those given photo access to the field level are required to wear a supplied bib/vest provided before each game and should study provided photo regulations on site for any updated policies.
BLOGGING: Ensure that live written accounts of Racing City FC games are free of charge to readers. Unauthorized live audio or video coverage during games is not permitted.
