2022: Started twice before leaving the club to sign with Leicester City in the English WSL.
2021: The outside back made 21 appearances in lavender, starting 18 matches. Simon recorded one shot.
Before Racing Louisville FC: Simon tallied 10 goals and eight assists in her 74 collegiate appearances. She signed with Sky Blue FC in 2016 after attending open tryouts and impressing the coaching staff in New Jersey. In two seasons with Sky Blue, Simon saw the pitch 26 times. In 2018 she joined West Ham United in England, where she helped the club reach the FA Cup Final. In January of 2020, Simon made her return to the NWSL, signing with the eventual Challenge Cup-winning Houston Dash.
International: In 2019, Simon earned her first call-up when she joined the U.S. U-23 team at the Nordic Cup.
