Racing Louisville FC is expanding its technical staff ahead of the 2023 season to include a new general manager leading day-to-day operations of the NWSL club.
This hire — the position posted Friday — will serve as a liaison between the team and front office with a goal toward improving Racing Louisville on and off the field.
Duties include oversight of performance, player recruitment and compliance. The general manager will also provide support and insight for players and staff while continuously implementing best practices across professional soccer.
Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in a related role and intricate knowledge of the U.S. and international player landscapes.
