“Their mission from the jump — I’m coming into a team, there’s a lot of new faces. This team was completely new to everybody, so it was about finding our feet and taking things as they come. As we’ve progressed, our changes — Bethany (Balcer) and Janine (Beckie) coming in — that really solidified who we are and our identity. We’re just blowing with the wind. It’s going really well for us. I’m really excited.”
